We would love for you to be a part of this and invite you to send us your own romantic gem submissions - our dream is for this directory to be filled with recommendations by members of our community. To say Thank You for being part of our project and the Romantic Explorers community, we are giving away a selection of romantic travel goodies to 1 lucky couple! What are the giveaways?
The couple will receive the following items:
- 1 x travel themed moneybox to help them save for their next travel dream - 2 x blue Lay Bed inflatable air sofas - 2 x Nationality Unknown Global Citizen Passport covers To participate, please follow the points below:
1. You have to be a member of the closed Facebook group @RomanticExplorers - join here if you aren't a member yet.
2. Find a photo that you took enjoying a romantic gem that you can highly recommend to the community.
The gem can be a romantic activity, restaurant, gift-idea, accommodation or specific location (such as an outlook or a romantic lake - not a whole city) that other couples can enjoy too. 3. Post your photo under the giveaway post in Facebook (in the comments section) along with the name and address of the gem and why you specifically recommend that gem or a short blurp about how you felt sharing that gem as a couple in the form of a short love story. 4. Vote for your favourite gem by like-ing it. (Yes, you can vote for your own gem too!)
5. You may submit more than one gem :)
Who will get the giveaways?
The giveaways will be sent to the to couple/person whose photo got the most likes from others in the Romantic Explorers Facebook group/community. Terms and Conditions: Your participation in RomanticExplorers Giveaway (“The Giveaway ”, "Giveaway" or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway, which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site www.romanticexplorers.com ("RomanticExplorers.com").
The photo has to be YOUR photo (taken by you or of you, not saved from anywhere on the internet). By sharing your post for this giveaway you are granting RomanticExplorers.com permission to use your photo and description on our website and social media platforms to promote the directory launch. Feel free to send us your name or one of your social media handles to tag or credit the photo when promoting.
This giveaway opportunity ends on 12 December, Brisbane time 10am sharp (not 21 December 2018, Brisbane time 10am as originally stated)* when the winner will be announced. A screenshot will be taken of the votes to "freeze" the number of likes each picture had at that moment. This screenshot will be shared with the community as proof of the number of likes at that very moment.
Should there be a tie between the two most voted for gems, RomanticExplorers.com will vote for our favorite of the two to break the tie by like-ing one.
This giveaway is open to Romantic Explorers community members world wide to participate.
The owner of the most voted for romantic gem will be tagged in Facebook to confirm that they are the winner. RomanticExplorers.com will then request for them to direct messaged us on Facebook to obtain their address, email and contact number for the giveaway to be sent to. Your participation in The Giveaway is considered your agreement that RomanticExplorers.com may contact you. The giveaway will be mailed to the selected couple/person after they have provided RomanticExplorers.com with a valid mailing address and proof of identity. The selected couple/person will receive the goodies within 60 days of our receipt of the address and contact details needed to deliver the giveaway.
The giveaway is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.
By entering the Giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Giveaway and the awarding of the prize.
By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless RomanticExplorers.com, it's representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection to the giveaway or the acceptance of the giveaway.
The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the promotional giveaway.
RomanticExplorers.com reserves the right at any time, to cancel or modify or suspend the Giveaway if, in its sole judgement, the Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
RomanticExplorers.com reserves the right to disclose winner's name and identity.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever, the selected couple fails to respond within 30 days of the message notifying him/her of their winning, the entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited their claim to the giveaway and RomanticExplorers.com shall not have any obligation to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
RomanticExplorers.com's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the promotional prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or any third party.
