the community voted giveaway of the year!
Starting this January, we will be sharing the real life travel love stories of inspiring traveling couples and their recommendations through blogs. You can nominate a traveling couple to be featured and we invite you to vote for your favorite inspirational couple to win a prize at the end of 2017.
How do I vote?
Vote for the photo of your favorite couple in the photo albums section of the Romantic Explorers Facebook community page . The photo album is titled "Romantic Explorers Star Couples of 2017". In the album will be 1 photo of each couple that enters the giveaway - the photo description will showcase their blog on our website, RomanticExplorers.com. Vote for your favorite couple by like-ing their picture. (Yes, you can vote for your own picture too!)
What are the giveaways?
The prizes that form this wonderful giveaway will be announced as the months go by and we are inviting sponsors to participate! Watch this space :D
Sponsoring a prize for this giveaway will give your business exposure in our social media channels and website.

Please note: This is a global competition, so the prize would have to consist of giveaways that can be sent to and enjoyed anywhere in the world.
How do I nominate an inspirational travelling couple and can we nominate ourselves?
1. You, or one of the partners in the travelling couple has to be a member of the closed Facebook group @RomanticExplorers - join here if you aren't a member yet.
2. You can let us know about an inspiring couple just by sending us a private message containing the details of who you would like to nominate and why so that we may email them and send them the interview questionnaire to complete.
3. Once they've completed their questionnaire, a blog will be put together based on their answers and loaded onto our website under the Star Couples 2017 tab.
Who will get the giveaways?
The giveaways will be sent to the to couple whose photo got the most Facebook likes from the Romantic Explorers Facebook community.

Your participation in RomanticExplorers Giveaway (“The Giveaway ”, "Giveaway" or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway, which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site www.romanticexplorers.com ("RomanticExplorers.com").

The photos you submit for your blog on RomanticExplorers.com has to be YOUR photos (not saved from anywhere on the internet). By sharing your answers and photos for this giveaway you are granting RomanticExplorers.com permission to use your photo and description on our website and social media platforms to promote the giveaway.

This giveaway opportunity ends on 12 December, Brisbane time 10am sharp when the winner will be announced. A screenshot will be taken of the votes to "freeze" the number of likes each picture had at that moment. This screenshot will be saved to our records (and be available upon request) as proof of the number of likes at that very moment.

Should there be a tie between the two most voted for couples, RomanticExplorers.com will vote for our favorite of the two to break the tie by like-ing one.

This giveaway is open to Romantic Explorers community members world wide to participate.

The giveaway is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.

By entering the Giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Giveaway and the awarding of the prize.

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless RomanticExplorers.com, it's representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection to the giveaway or the acceptance of the giveaway.

The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the promotional giveaway.

RomanticExplorers.com reserves the right at any time, to cancel or modify or suspend the Giveaway if, in its sole judgement, the Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever, the selected couple fails to respond within 30 days of the message notifying him/her of their winning, the entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited their claim to the giveaway and RomanticExplorers.com shall not have any obligation to compensate the winning entrant in any way. Once the winner is announced, the couple needs to send us their address, email and contact number for the giveaway to be sent to. Your participation in The Giveaway is considered your agreement that RomanticExplorers.com may contact you. The giveaway will be mailed to the selected couple/person after they have provided RomanticExplorers.com with a valid mailing address and proof of identity. The selected couple/person will receive the goodies within 60 days of our receipt of the address and contact details needed to deliver the giveaway.
